Act 3 - Technological Representation
"It always seems impossible until it's done." - Nelson Mandela
We have instantaneous worldwide communication. The people need a true voice, a platform where we can clearly define the problem, present the facts, and vote on the solutions. The fallout from the American Citizen Truth and Reconciliation Act and DOGE Fund will revolutionize the country and provide a foundation for the future. It is likely that the people reporting the violations, cover-ups, and unconscionable acts will also likely have some of the best solutions. (See Tenet #2; the people closest to the problem will most likely have a solution).
Representatives in congress were created due to technological inadequacy. Hundreds of years ago, there was no simple way to effectively and efficiently communicate with the government. This is no longer a problem as the internet has the potential to make all representatives obsolete. With single-digit approval ratings, it is clear that we, the people, are in agreement about the lack of efficacy of the existing governmental system.
We create an official, secure, web-based system, where each citizen has their own unique profile. This system will organize all the information from CTARA, clearly define problems, and provide a forum where the people can dissect the problem and propose solutions. Each person's voting history and audit information will also be available in addition to DOGE Fund submission and idea submission for improving any aspects of government. It can also contain personal records like:
- Complete Medical histories as citizens should have simple access to their own records.
- Credit Reports are no longer controlled and mismanaged by for-profit corporations.
- Estate Management, no lawyers required.
Politicians have and will continue to argue that Americans are "too dumb" and do not want to invest the time to research issues and vote on them. I disagree. Vehemently. Yes, one day, we the people may decide to delegate tasks to government officials, but for now, we'll take it all over. You can be 100% assured that those in power vigorously claim internet voting is not possible. They will succinctly provide all the news agencies with their pre-prepared scripts with "security experts" that are bought and paid for by the powers that be. We the People" having a true, actual, law-abiding voice is the last thing that the guilty wants. A secure web-based, possibly blockchain secured, voting and communication system will be quickly labeled as "impossible." I'm not saying it is not without its challenges, but America has a long list of things we have accomplished that were once labeled impossible. What is stopping us now?
It will be run by multiple independent entities, by the people, a step away from the present corrupt government. In cooperation with many leading honorable American tech-based companies, I believe many of them to be a sincere force for good and cleaner than some of the older industries. We could turn around the supercomputing power of the NSA from illegally spying on citizens to ensuring votes are faithfully recorded. We will also have separate schools of technological thought on how votes are tallied, audited, and system security to ensure the system has not been compromised. I think the media should also be allowed to do its job by auditing every single aspect.
I believe democracy is sacred and needs to be protected at all costs. Any attempts to hack, game, or manipulate democracy will be met with severe punishments, complete seizure of assets, piercing the corporate veil, or countrywide sanctions. Industries worth trillions, with billions in dirty profits at risk, will undoubtedly attempt to break in and game the system. It needs to be constantly audited, and non-stop attempts to break and hack into the system.
This is where the DOGE Fund will again come into play. It just takes one person, no matter how thick their salary is, can compete with the lottery-sized reward the DOGE fund could provide. No company would dare try to game the system with the DOGE Fund in play. We, the People, would not let the government or big business in the inner working of the voting system. We are already aware of the lack of accountability of the fraud-ridden voting machines.
In this forum, we can clearly define and break down problems into smaller parts. We will work together to find the best solution possible, then enact it. All data will be detailed, including expenses, logistics, and budget. Then various solutions will be proposed, finely tuned, and voted up until we have the best solution we can come up with as a body of people. The discussions will not be like the toxic comment sections of the dark allies of the anonymous internet. If one does not like an idea, propose a better one. If he or she does not have a better idea, find another one to vote up.
The most democratically popular solution does not necessarily mean it is the best. For simplicity's sake, let's say a problem has ten parts. This is how the solution will play out: After a few months of operation, we will receive valuable feedback and data from the front lines. (Honors Tenet #2 of the Revolution; asking the people closest to the problem.) Three of the ten parts worked wildly improved; they were much more efficient, cheaper, and cleaner overall. Three more factors are working better than the old system, and the next three were no better than before. And the last part worked out worse than the program was before we changed it.
So, what do we do? The obvious: we honor Tenet #4 - Never-ending improvement and rework the problem with the new data. Then let our second attempt be instigated. A few months later, the program will yield yet more valuable data. And by and by, the program has become cleaner and more efficient with minimal problems. No political party becomes offended that their solution did not work the first time out of the box and kept the ineffective programs running for decades anymore. With the speed and power of the new system, we can do that in weeks rather than wait for decades for the ineffective program to become unmanageable and unwieldy and collapse under its own inefficient weight and costs.
All aspects of government will eventually be clean swept, and we the people will decide if and what the government can manage and what the people will manage by their voice.
